My practice is focused on supporting your growth as you face life's challenges including adjustments, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, and relationship problems. My professional experience has focused on mental health, family problems, child abuse, trauma, and domestic violence. I can help with getting through short-term life stressors as well as more chronic conditions including serious and persistent mental illnesses and permanent disabilities. I live in rural Sibley County and believe that it is important to offer quality services in our own community.
